Advisers agree not to solicit or attempt to employ any other adviser. And agree not to circumvent the Electric Village expert network by directly approaching its clients.

Clients agree to use information provided solely for internal decision-making and not for commercial resale or dissemination.

Clients agree not to solicit or attempt to employ any adviser without prior written consent from Electric Village.

 

6. Fees and Payment
Fees are as agreed per engagement. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
